PRE-RACE PACKET PICKUP
Saturday – October 8, 2011

1pm: Packet Pickup opens at Triathlon LAB

2 to 5pm: Triathlon Clinics at Tri LAB

Triathlon 101 Clinic (2:00-2:30pm and 4:00–4:30pm)

Learn more about the tools of the trade during the Triathlon 101 clinic. Triathlon LAB will present athletes with a race day check list and the top 10 things that a triathlete should never leave home without.

Transition Clinic (2:30-3:00pm and 4:30–5:00pm)

Triathlon LAB will present a 30-minute interactive and informative clinic about how to have a fun, safe and efficient T1 & T2 triathlon transition.

Both sessions will be followed by a Q&A session.

5pm Packet Pickup closes

RACE DAY
Sunday – October 9, 2011

5:15am: Late packet pickup opens. You must bring a picture ID and your USAT card (if you are a member) when you check in.   No one can pick up your packet for you.

5:15am: Transition Area opens

6:50am: Mandatory race meeting at the stage.

7:00am: Race Start!

9:45am: Awards Ceremony
